What counts as a processed email?

We understand you get loads of spam and marketing emails. We have a special filter to block these out and they do not count towards your quota. Every other email that Serif labels or drafts is counted as a processed email.

What should I see when my assistant is live?

Once your assistant is live, you should start to see drafts for any new email that needs a response. These drafts will show up directly in Gmail or Outlook and take a little over a minute to appear.

How does my assistant train on my emails?

To train on your emails, your assistant reads a small sample of your past emails once and creates a Knowledge Base that contains everything it needs to draft responses to new emails.

If Serif doesn't work for me how do I remove it? Will my Gmail or Outlook be affected?

You can remove your assistant at any time. Your Gmail or Outlook will go back to normal and no more drafts will be created for you.
